As a wedding photographer of 15 plus years and over 300 ceremonies I don't think I will ever get over being present at a wedding. I truly am honored to be a part of any love story. I look forward to weddings taking place at new and repeat locations. Below are places that I have photographed or have know would be amazing for smaller celebrations or elopements. Located in Leesburg, they have options for a private space for up to 50 people and you can reserve the space for a flat facility fee starting at $250, plus the cost of food and drinks for up to 50 people.

A modern American restaurant located in the historic downtown Leesburg. Has two unique bars in the multi level patio seating. They have multiple spaces for rent. Two massive farm tables and a unique private bar space upstairs, and a lounge seating area. The space is uniquely dividable if using individual spaces and has a great flow if using the entire space. They also have a very cool library room, featured in the photo.
Little Oatlands

Little Oatlands is a historic 180-acre estate located amidst the rolling fields and woodlands of the famed Virginia hunt country in Leesburg. They have a listing on VRBO and an informative website. Nightly rental to sleep 20 starts at $750. They have a beautiful pool and tennis courts and stunning english gardens that feel like you are in another world. A ceremony space lined with tall trees overlooking pasture land. This space truly is amazing and pictures hardly do it justice.

Carlyle House
NOVA parks Property
The exquisite gardens and Magnolia Terrace at Carlyle House offer an elegant and intimate setting in the heart of historic Old Town Alexandria
The park is available for rentals from April 1 through October 31. In addition to evening receptions, they also offer two-hour ceremony rentals at almost any time. Cost beginning at just $950 and they have a variety of rental options. Maximum capacity varies from 65 – 100 depending upon the location you wish to utilize.

Landini Brothers
old City vibes
Located in the historic Old Town Alexandria, their unique private rooms are able to accommodate anywhere between 10 to 110 guests in one of several spaces. For larger events, up to 150 guests for the entirety of our second floor. The exposed brick walls and original ceiling beams, which are more than 250 years old, create an elegant setting for your special day. The Wine Room, allows you to treat your guests to a view of our state-of-the-art glass-paneled wine cellar that is home to over 500 varieties of wine.

They offer multiple packages starting at Vow Ceremony for under 10 people for a starting rate of $750. It goes up from there for multiple options with a reception offering combo and only.

Historic property with a petite wedding all inclusive option on site M-TH at $12,500 for up to 12 people (up to 40 for additional $265 per person) Including florals, Garden Ceremony, Cocktail, Dinner, Cake, toast, accommodations for 2 nights, breakfast in bed, getting ready suite. Middleburg Community Center

A stunning community center in the heart of Middleburg. They are almost fully booked for 2026 but have multiple unique spaces. Smaller rooms can have 60 People - Standing / 40 Person - Seated in the terrace room or 75 outside in the Herb Garden.
They also have a vintage pool for 150 people. The spaces are possible to rent if available on an hourly basis during the weekdays starting at $100 for those Community members residing in the tri-county area (Loudoun County, Faquier County, Clark County)

Rust Manor House

Near downtown Leesburg, Virginia, nestled in a 68-acre nature sanctuary, Rust Manor House awaits your next event with multiple beautiful rooms for use. Close by is a fully equipped tent that can sit up to 200 guests with air conditioning during the summer months and heating during the cooler months. Rust Manor House is the perfect choice for weddings.
Along with Rust Manor House comes an experienced staff that can help you through the process of planning any event. Great Blue Heron, the in-house caterer, will work with you as well as provide exemplary food and service to your guests.
